Small Dog Electronics is hiring! 

Small Dog Electronics is seeking a new team member to join our team. This team member will be primarily responsible for assisting our small business team and helping in our call center. Duties include but are not limited to. 
  • Assisting in order processing for business customers which include several large companies in Vt. 
  • Processing orders for purchase programs 
  • Capturing and processing online sales
  • E-mail correspondences to clients 
  • Fielding client phone calls and inquiries 
  • Schedule clients for service and consulting appointments 
  • Statement processing for clients 
This position requires multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. The right candidate is familiar with Apple products and computer technology and enjoys working with clients to find the right product for their needs. This position requires daily and prompt interactions with clients via phone and e-mail, but is not a work from home position. Upon hire, training will happen in our Waitsfield headquarters with the possibility to work out of our office space in South Burlington once training is complete. Training for this position is 8-12 weeks.
