How It Works

  • STEP 1

    Schedule an appointment on our website or give us a call.

  • STEP 2

    Back up your device and turn off "Find My" prior to coming into our store.

  • STEP 3

    Drop off your device and in most cases, come back later the same day to pick up your repaired phone.

To give you an idea of what your repair might cost, use the table below to help you. A technician will need to diagnose to give you an actual quote. For those in warranty, your check-in fee is covered under your warranty. For out-of-warranty devices, there is a $40 check-in fee.
