Schedule A Service Appointment

Please click below and read the guidelines required to schedule a service appointment for your device. Then you will be able to proceed.

We request that prior to bringing your computer into us for service that you kindly clean and disinfect your computer as we all work to slow the spread of COVID 19.

Please Read:

  1. Verify The Issue: Some issues can be easily fixed with a software restore, and this is the first step we take in-store for most repairs. A restore can be done at home after completing a backup of your device. Instructions for completing a backup and restore can be found here. A restore will erase all of the data on your phone, so please complete a backup prior to restoring your device, or prior to bringing your device in for service.

 NOTE: Depending on how much content is stored on your device, the backup and restore may take anywhere from 15min–1hr. More information about backing up your device and restoring can be found here.
  2. Verify Backup: I have made a backup of my iPhone. If you are unsure of how to make a backup, instructions can be found here. We will not be able to backup your device in store and in almost all cases your phone will be erased.
  3. Verify Coverage: Small Dog is authorized to perform in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs and/or exchanges, with some restrictions.
      Limited Warranty Coverage
    • Covers hardware against manufacturer defects.
    • Covers hardware for a period of 1 year.
    • Does not cover cracked screens or liquid damage.

    • AppleCare+ Coverage
    • Covers hardware against manufacturer defect.
    • Covers hardware against most accidental damage (deductibles apply).
    • Covers hardware for a period of 2 years.

    • Out-of-Warranty
    • For phones with physical damage, some repairs are possible.
    • For phones without physical damage, some repairs or exchanges are possible.

    • Small Dog requires Find My Device to be disabled on any iPhone/iPad/Mac prior to arrival. We will be unable to repair your device if Find My is not disabled.

      If you forgot your Apple ID or password, please visit iforgot.apple.com to reset your password.
